Refund Policy
Kamad Paris accepts returns / repairs / refunds
- If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order and description, Kamad will refund the full amount paid, excluding shipping costs. The item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. In some cases, a photo of the damaged or unsatisfactory item may suffice. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
- We do not refund gift cards.
- If an item is not suitable, you can return it within 14 days at your own expense. Kamad will refund the item's value, excluding shipping costs, which remain the buyer's responsibility, upon receipt of the returned item.
- When a refund procedure is validated by Kamad, it can take up to 14 days for it to appear on the original payment method.
- If your package is stolen after delivery to your mailbox, and you chose delivery without signature or insurance, Kamad will not be able to refund your purchase . If you chose insurance, you must contact the postal service to report the theft, and we will reimburse you.
- It will not be possible to refund exceptional products made to order.
Please note that your Kamad product is guaranteed for 3 months but only under the conditions of proper use by you (as indicated on the website).
